hmm... 4% increment this year? testing testing 1,2,3... test test.... Inflation check... berapa eh??? Gov said 3.2%. eh, korang rasa betul ke 3.2%?

Petrol naik 18.5%, Air recently naik 12.5%, ape kes ni cakap inflation 3.2% nie? hmm....

Aku baru je terlepas increment between 20%-30% [utk 2 tahun yang lepas depa nak back dated] hanya semata-mata aku tak buat kerja yang support R&D. Aci ke? Kerja macam nak mati in support of the Kementerian.... depa kata tak menyumbang kepada R&D company. Aci ke?

Gosh, ni yang membuatkan diriku ingin keluar dan bekerja sendiri rite after my bond completed middle of next year.... Memang tidak adil... even though you have a master in Electrical Engineering or MBA or what ever la kan... if you tak buat kerja yang related to R&D.... you'll not be consider AT A.L.L.

See??? I guess thatz the way this company shows their sincere appreciation for the contributions of the staffs eh? ;-)
